"Pale" Beta for EV Nova

I'm happy to announce the initial beta of the Classic EV plug-in "Pale" for the EV Nova engine. I've tweaked gameplay speeds to where they feel like Classic, and fix all weapon and outfit bugs reported in the debug log. I've also merged the data with Guy's port for EVC, and added an optional "Geek's Planets" plugin for some Nova-flavored graphics. Once I have received some feedback and made any changes needed, I will add this to my official collection.

Pale for Nova Beta 1.1 is released

I added a lot of descriptive text strings that were missing from ships and outfits. Also added missing government comm codes. I also collected all the info found out about the plugin so far and updated the included documentation.
