Do you have 8 or more tonnes of free cargo space?
And keep in mind that the odds of getting it are 8%; if you want to speed it up, get a Nova data editor of your choice (I don't remember the Windows ones) and change that 8% to 100%, restart Nova, get the mission, land again/save, then stop Nova and change it back.
